After morning church and a walk through the University of Stellenbosch Botanical Garden, we went to Strand beach where we did many different things. Catherine, Tracy, and Jim walked on the beach while Mark, Henriet, and I played mini golf. Then, Jim and Henriet went for a long walk, Mark and I did some body surfing, and Catherine and Tracy went to the water park.
We reconnected and left Strand in the late afternoon. Hen made chicken coated with corn flakes, parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper for dinner. Yum!
Hen, Mark, and I played the game Nacho Loco before bedtime. Catherine had no nap today and was completely wiped out. She fell asleep the moment that her head hit the pillow.
