We went to Helderbergplaas (Helderberg Farm) today. Helderberg (in English: Helder Mountain) is a mountain just outside of Stellenbosch. This farm was deeded by Simon Vanderstel back in 1692. Now, it is operated as a working farm, braai area, and tea room. There is a petting zoo for kids, and small hiking trails. See the photos below for lots of details.
