I started attending a course entitled Sustainable Development today. The course is part of the Master of Philosophy program in Sustainable Development Planning and Management that is taught at the Sustainability Institute of Stellenbosch University. I had to break away to go teach my Refrigeration class in Cape Town right in the middle of a discussion on climate change. Bummer. More to come during the rest of the week.
The course is taught at the Lynedoch EcoVillage, and the first item on the agenda today was a tour. I took several photos. I'm really inspired by the topic and the course, and I'm very excited about the rest of the week.
