Despite the lousy weather, we went to the Wiesenhof Wild Park this afternoon. The best part was seeing a small group (too small to be called a "herd", really) of Wildebeest. The overcast skies made it difficult to take really good photos, because there was so little light. But, I managed to get a couple good ones which you can see below.
This evening, the USA plays Egypt in the Confederations Cup. Normally, I would expect the Americans to win, due their superior FIFA rankings (USA:14th, Egypt: 40th). But, Egypt gave Brazil a huge scare (losing only 3-4) and defeated Italy (ranked 4th, currently) by a score of 1-0. Egypt is red-hot and the USA is not.
