Wikus and I are working the braai at the Winelands Marathon. I arrived at about 07h15, but Louis started around 06h30. We sold boerewors rolls by the hundreds, 570 to be exact. The cost was R15 per roll. If I had run the marathon, I would not be the least bit interested in a boerewors. But, many runners and supporters enjoyed our fare.
