Wine Tasting
We had 5 opportunities for tasting wines. We would stand around this barrel and our guide would pour a small amount in our glass. We would take a sip, and then pour the rest in the red container you see pictured on the barrel. Then we would eat a cracker before our next taste.
It was when we were here, tasting the wine, that I thought that this was much like the winery we visited when Dad and I were her in 1993. I asked Tracy when I got home, and she said it was the same!
