Folds
The mountains in Kogman's Kloof Pass are layered like all of the mountains in the Western Cape. But, these exhibit stunning folds, bends, and twists.
The light was very nice today, and I was able to create this nice image in the mid-afternoon sun. Lighting makes all the difference. Compare the photo below to another image, which was taken from the road in a car on an overcast day with a compact camera.
