Farr Out
After departing the West Coast National Park, we travelled a bit further north to the town of Paternoster. We stayed overnight at the Farr Out Bed and Breakfast. Our friendly hosts were Deon and Marion. Farr Out is in the veld, surrounded by fynbos that is home to many critters. Deon said he "dooms" them (he made a spray-can motion) before displaying them in a glass case in his kitchen. Mark and Catherine were suitable impressed by the array of dead spiders, scorpions, and bones on the shelves.
