International Driving Permit
To buy or rent a car in South Africa at Wilhelm's Auto, one needs an International Driving Permit, which can be obtained from AAA. I got mine today! One more thing off the list.

Tickets Purchased!
I purchased our airline tickets today through Esplanade Tours. It feels GREAT to get this done. 2009 is really going to happen! We'll arrive in Cape Town on 7 January 2009.
