Workshops have been held each year since 1984. Most have been partially supported by grants from the National Science Foundation. The 2001, 2002 and 2003 Workshops are supported by National Science Foundation grant number DMS-0104325.

Previous workshops have been sponsored by Oregon State University, Colorado College, Brigham Young University and the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.

The 20th Annual Workshop will be held at Park City, Utah, during June of 2003 and will be sponsored by Brigham Young University
